Do I need to keep the original packaging?

Nope! We understand that packaging isn’t easy to keep. Just contact us if you’re not satisfied, and we’ll handle the rest.

Is there a minimum trial period?

Yes, we recommend trying the mattress for at least 30-60 nights to allow your body to adjust fully.

How long will it take to receive my mattress?

Our mattresses ship from different states in the US, so the product takes a little more time to get to you (it’s not sitting in a warehouse somewhere collecting dust!). The mattress, once compressed, will ship in a box directly to your door. We will send you an email with your tracking details as soon as your mattress leaves the building.

Orders are usually processed and shipped 3-5 business days.

Ashley products are usually processed and shipped in 4 to 6 Days.

FREE shipping on orders over $99. We use a variety of carriers, depending on the product and region. Smaller items will be shipped with common carriers such as USPS, FedEX and UPS.

FedEx ground shipping takes anywhere from 2-5 additional business days to arrive. If you live in a remote region, sometimes it can take more.
